Refunds:

We offer refunds under specific circumstances, such as failure to deliver services as agreed or significant dissatisfaction with the quality of work, subject to our discretion and review.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order before we begin work. Once work has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund but may be subject to partial refunds based on the progress of the work.

We offer a reasonable number of revisions (as specified in your service package) to ensure your satisfaction. Revision requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your completed documents.

Additional revisions beyond the included limit may incur extra charges.

Major changes to the scope of work after completion may be treated as a new order and subject to additional fees.

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the content and information you provide. The final resume, cover letter, or other documents created by HYVUS become your property.

HYVUS retains the right to use anonymized versions of completed work for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the templates, designs, or proprietary processes used by HYVUS.

We treat all information you provide as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements and handle your information with the utmost care.

HYVUS provides resume writing and career services to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee job placement, interview calls, or specific career outcomes.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
